What is the price for your Bengal kitten?
Kitten pricing is based on how much it conforms to the breed standards (how much it looks like a Leopard). Each kitten is raised individually. The price depends on the behavior and development.
Our pet prices range from $2,700 to $5,000 as we price each kitten individually.
With Breeding Rights from $5,000
Shipping costs are not included in the kitten’s price.
Maryland’s 6% state sale tax is included in the sale price.
Please check our Pricing page
Do you have Waiting List?
Yes, we do maintain a waiting list for our kittens. To secure a spot on the waiting list, a $500 deposit is required. This deposit will be applied towards the final sale price of the kitten you choose.
Once a new litter is born, we will promptly notify all individuals on the waiting list via email or text message. If, for any reason, you decide not to proceed with a kitten from the current litter, your deposit will be transferred to the next available one. You can remain on the waiting list for as long as you wish, providing the flexibility to pass on kittens from the current litter in favor of a future one. This can be done repeatedly at your discretion.
Please note that your position on the waiting list remains constant and can only improve as individuals ahead of you make their selections. If, within a 12-month period, you do not find the right kitten at our cattery and choose not to remain on the waiting list, we will refund half of your deposit, which amounts to $250.00.
We accept payments through Zelle, Cash App, Cash, and Venmo as friends and family only. PayPal payments are accepted as donations.
To initiate your inclusion on our waiting list, please complete and submit an Application.
Can I visit your cattery and see all the cats and kittens?
Absolutely, you're welcome to visit our cattery and meet our kittens, provided they're at least 2 months old. You can also take a look at the cats in our breeding program. It's worth noting that there is a visiting fee of $150.
If you find the perfect kitten and decide to proceed with the adoption, rest assured that the visiting fee will be applied towards the kitten's deposit or sale price. We've introduced this fee because we're focused on serving serious clients who are genuinely interested in bringing one of our kittens into their home.
Why do you charge a $150 visiting fee?
As the owner of Royal Bengal Cattery, our policy includes charging a visiting fee, and we believe it's important to provide transparency about our reasons for implementing this policy:
Visiting Fee Policy at Royal Bengal Cattery:
Reasons for Charging a Visiting Fee:
Time and Resources: Running a Bengal cat cattery involves significant time and effort in caring for our beloved cats and kittens. When potential buyers or visitors wish to view our cats in person, it requires extra time to provide tours, information, and answer questions.
Serious Inquiries: Our visiting fee helps filter out casual inquiries or visitors who may not be genuinely interested in adopting a Bengal kitten. It ensures that those who visit are more likely to be committed to the breed and the adoption process.
Reducing Disturbances: Frequent visits can be disruptive to the cats and kittens, potentially causing stress. Charging a fee helps limit the number of visits and ensures that they are conducted by individuals genuinely interested in adopting.
Covering Expenses: The visiting fee may help cover some of the costs associated with welcoming visitors, such as maintaining a clean and safe environment, providing educational materials about the Bengal breed, and potentially offering refreshments during the visit.
Reserving Time: As the owner, I have a busy schedule, and charging a fee can help reserve specific time slots for serious visitors. This ensures that I can allocate my time effectively to provide a personalized and informative experience.
Protecting Cats' Health: It's essential to protect the health of our cats and kittens. Charging a fee can help ensure that visitors adhere to sanitary practices, such as handwashing and wearing clean clothing, to prevent the potential spread of diseases.
Justifications for Charging a Visiting Fee:
While we have set a visiting fee policy for valid reasons, we want to provide justifications to potential visitors:
Commitment: The visiting fee demonstrates your commitment to adopting a Bengal kitten and helps ensure that our cats receive the best care and attention.
Personalized Experience: The fee allows us to provide you with a personalized and informative experience during your visit, including insights into the Bengal breed's unique characteristics and care requirements.
Responsible Visitations: Our fee helps maintain a balance between offering the opportunity for visits while also safeguarding the well-being of our cats and kittens.
Investment in Quality: The fee contributes to maintaining the high quality of Royal Bengal Cattery and ensures that you have a positive and memorable experience.
We are committed to transparency in our policies and want to ensure that potential visitors are fully informed about our visiting fee policy and any services or benefits included with the visit. This transparency allows you to make an informed decision about whether to proceed with a visit to Royal Bengal Cattery.

I have allergies to cats. Are Bengal cats Hypoallergenic?
Yes, Bengal cats are often considered hypoallergenic, which means they tend to produce fewer allergens compared to most other cat breeds. However, it's important to understand that if you have allergies, we cannot guarantee that you will not experience an allergic reaction to one of our kittens.
Furthermore, we do not offer our kittens for any trial period where you'd be able to return the kitten if allergies arise. For the well-being of both our kittens and prospective owners, we do not allow individuals with allergies to visit our cattery.
Before considering the adoption of a kitten, we strongly recommend ensuring that everyone in your household is not allergic to cats. It's essential to note that Royal Bengal Cattery does not rehome kittens to individuals who are known to be allergic to cats.
For additional information on Bengal cat hypoallergenic qualities, we invite you to read more on our Bengal Cat Hypoallergenic.
Should I get a Male or Female cat?
Both male and female cats make excellent companions. Male Cats Are More Social and Playful. Female Cats Are More Independent. Male cats tend to be more social and affectionate with both humans and other cats. They commonly form strong bonds with other cats in the home, even when they are not from the same litter. Females, on the other hand, are often more standoffish. If you are looking for a cuddle bug, adopting a male may be your best bet. Female cats tend to be more independent than males. If you put in long hours at work and your new pet will spend a lot of time home alone, a female will generally handle this better than a male. Girl cats are often perfectly content snoozing and entertaining themselves throughout the day. Remember that all cats have unique personalities. Many girl cats love cuddling with their owners and are just as rowdy as the boys. And some males are standoffish and perfect spending time alone. Like humans, cats are individuals with their own personalities, likes, and dislikes. Please feel free to read more information about Bengal’s Temperament and Personality.
Do we use photoshop for our cats/kittens?
No, we don’t. I only use a ring light and my cellphone camera.
Is Bengal cat/kitten is the right breed for me?
Bengal cats are an intelligent and active breed prized for their boldly patterned coats. Descended from domestic cats and wild Asian leopard cats, they make affectionate and gentle pets. However, they are not for everyone. If you are just looking for a mellow lap cat that will sit in one spot all day and not give care about where you are, then this is probably not the right breed for you. Bengals are active, energetic, intelligent cats who can form very affectionate bonds with their owners, and they need stimulation and a way to get that energy out. Bengal cats tend to have personalities more like a dog and this means they need a lot of time for exercising and plenty of things to entertain them all through the day. One thing is for sure, Bengals never seem to get tired of playing. Bengal cats can easily be trained to walk on a leash. This means that your Bengal cat can remain a house cat that gets to go outside and enjoy the great outdoors. Bengals do great with children, other cats, and with family dogs. A Bengal cat is happiest when he's near you. He doesn't care where he lives, whether it be a big house or a small apartment, as long as you and your family are nearby. But no matter the size of your space, a Bengal needs to have lots of things to do—and climb. If this is the type of cat that you are looking for, then you will not be disappointed by our kittens. Please read more about Bengal’s Temperament and Personality and Children and Pet Friendly.

Do you have Health Guarantee?
Yes, we provide our valued customers with a 2-year genetic health guarantee. Additionally, we offer pet health insurance through Trupanion for added peace of mind. To ensure the validity of your health guarantee, it is imperative that you have your kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving your kitten. This examination serves to confirm the overall health of your newly adopted companion.
Please note that if we do not receive confirmation, such as a vet receipt or certificate of health, your health guarantee will automatically become void. In the unfortunate event that your veterinarian detects a serious health problem with the kitten, it must be reported to us immediately. Upon its return to us, we will promptly replace it with another cat or kitten of equal value or half the amount, at our discretion, as soon as a suitable replacement becomes available. It's important to mention that we do not offer cash refunds, and any veterinary expenses and return shipping-related costs are the responsibility of the Purchaser.
With over 7 years of experience in our breeding program, we understand that while we take every measure to ensure the health of our kittens, no one can guarantee the perpetual health of any living being. Just as no doctor can guarantee the lifelong health of a specific human, we acknowledge that ongoing care is essential. Rest assured, we are committed to the well-being of our kittens.
