MINISTRY SPITZ - KRISTINA

MY EXPERIENCE WITH MINISTRY SPITZ (KRISTINA) — A WARNING TO ALL POTENTIAL BUYERS

My name is Kate Sablin. Many people know me as a reputable breeder of purebred cats. Today, I want to share a very negative experience I had purchasing two Pomeranian puppies from Kristina, the owner of Ministry Spitz, and to warn anyone considering doing business with her.

---

📌 How It Started

In January, I began searching for a miniature chocolate-colored Pomeranian. I had been following Kristina on WhatsApp for a while and admired the way her dogs looked in photos and videos. In February, we started talking. I was very clear about what I was looking for: a true mini Pomeranian with dense coat and pee-pad trained. I even provided example photos and emphasized that coat quality was critical to me.

Kristina assured me:

Her dogs do not lose coat when transitioning from puppy to adult fur.

All her puppies are well-trained and pad-trained.

She sends regular photo and video updates every two weeks.

We developed what seemed to be a friendly connection. She shared stories of how she had been betrayed by other breeders, and I felt like we had common ground. I decided to buy a chocolate Pomeranian from her for $1,600 USD, and I made it clear that this price must include:

  • Neutering (In the U.S., neutering is based not on age but on weight, and tiny dogs like this are not fixed here, so it was critical that the surgery be done before shipping),
  • Pedigree papers,
  • Delivery to Moscow.

Initially, Kristina said she doesn’t provide pedigrees unless the dog is purchased for breeding. But after I explained that I’m a breeder myself and require pedigree proof, she agreed to include it.

Later, I saw another puppy she had — a marbled-colored Pomeranian. We discussed personality, size, and all the same conditions. The price was the same — $1,600 — with neutering, pedigree, and delivery included. I also confirmed with my courier, Andrey Kotenko, that the puppies would be shipped in June, once they turned six months old. Kristina agreed to keep them until then at no extra cost, but only if I paid in full upfront. I sent her the full amount for both puppies.

🤝 Future Cooperation Promise

I also told Kristina that if everything went well and I liked her dogs, I might help her sell future litters. She was thrilled.

But when she suddenly texted me: “Kate, it’s time to start selling my dogs,” I reminded her that we agreed to discuss that only after I received my puppies.

After that message, Kristina stopped responding. Weeks and months passed — no updates, no photos. She kept giving excuses: broken phone, sick relative, overwhelmed with work. In short: radio silence.

🐶 When the First Red Flags Appeared

After months, Kristina finally sent a picture of the chocolate puppy — and I was shocked.
The puppy had almost no coat at all. When I asked what was going on, she answered rudely and dismissively, completely ignoring everything she had promised.

---

💸 Blackmail and Extortion

Two days before the flight, Kristina started blackmailing me and demanded an extra $250 for neutering, claiming that “all buyers pay these costs before shipping.”

I reminded her that we had agreed neutering was included in the $1,600. I sent screenshots of our chats, but she didn’t care. She flat-out said:

> “If you don’t pay, you don’t get the dogs.”

Then, at the train station, she started pressuring both me and my courier, Andrey, threatening not to hand over the dogs unless she got the money.

Andrey had no choice but to transfer the $250. Only then did she release the puppies.

🚨 When the Puppies Arrived

There was no food in the carriers. When asked why, Kristina said: “You took too long to send the money, I didn’t have time.”

She never once asked how the puppies were doing after arrival, what they were eating, or if they were adjusting.

One puppy turned out to be extremely small (micro size), and the other was much larger, which caused fights and behavioral issues.

Neither puppy was pee-pad trained. From the first day, they soiled the house non-stop.

They also arrived with diarrhea, and we had to treat both of them.

When I tried to ask what food she had been feeding them — a normal question for any responsible breeder — Kristina refused to answer, telling me she was “waiting for an apology.”

Yes — after breaking every promise, extorting money, and delivering sick puppies, she demanded an apology from me.I’ve worked with many breeders over the years — good ones, difficult ones, but Kristina is truly one-of-a-kind in the worst way.

🤧 Illness and Deceptive Videos

Soon after arriving in the U.S., the chocolate puppy developed a bad cough. I immediately contacted Kristina, who said the dog had been “perfectly healthy.”

I went back through every video she had sent me — and realized that every single one was recorded with the sound turned off.She had deliberately muted the audio to hide the coughing. I never imagined a breeder would do something like that.Thank God, we were able to treat the cough — but the trust was completely destroyed.

---

Who Kristina Really Is

Eventually, I realized the truth: Kristina is not a real breeder. She’s a reseller (flipper) of puppies bred by other people.

She doesn’t know their lineage, health background, or behavior — and takes no responsibility for what she sells.

Despite her promises, I never received the pedigree documents.

❗My Final Warning to Everyone

I strongly advise against buying dogs from Ministry Spitz / Kristina, or having any dealings with her whatsoever.

This person:

  • tells you everything you want to hear,
  • makes big promises about training and health,
  • disappears for weeks,
  • demands extra money at the last minute,
  • breaks every agreement,
  • refuses to provide documents,
  • and shows zero accountability.

In reality, she is nothing more than a backyard flipper with no professionalism and no integrity. She is an expert manipulator who doesn’t care about the animals or her clients. If you value your money, your nerves, and your pets’ well-being — stay far away from her.

In January, I purchased a silver NS11 female (Shedded Line) from this breeder for $4000, with full breeding rights. The cat arrived to me in early March, and was temporarily kept in a holding area for nearly a month.
It wasn't until after some time that I noticed the cat had severely twisted back legs, and potentially hip dysplasia.

I want to be transparent and acknowledge that I lacked experience in evaluating rear leg structure, so I did not spot the issue immediately. However, that does not change the fact that the deformity was present from the beginning — and no amount of time would have made her legs "straighten out." The problem was congenital.

When I reached out to the breeder to express my concerns, I was met with an utterly shocking response: She stated that "breeding cats with twisted legs is completely normal", and even went as far as to say that "hip dysplasia is part of serious, grown-up breeding — and it’s cool."

As someone who has worked with multiple breeds for many years and is well known within the international breeder community, I was stunned, appalled, and outraged by this response.

I'm a non-confrontational person by nature and always try to work things out privately with other breeders. But this... this went beyond anything I could have expected.

This was not just unprofessional. This was dangerous.

I then consulted with several trusted breeder colleagues — and to my shock, I learned that this breeder has a long-standing bad reputation. Unfortunately, there is no public trace of it online — nothing on Google, Yandex, or Facebook. Most likely, negative feedback has been deleted or suppressed through paid removals.

But this time will be different.

This story will be shared on my high-traffic website, in both English and Russian, with screenshots, voice messages, video, and every piece of supporting evidence attached.

Because people deserve the truth.

Because irresponsible breeders must be held accountable.

Because selling a cat with orthopedic issues for $4000 as a "breeding-quality" animal is deceptive, unethical, and unacceptable.

Breeding is not about money. It’s about responsibility.

This is not “normal.” This is not “cool.” This is a disgrace.

I will not stay silent.

I owe it to my clients, my fellow breeders, and most of all — to the animals we claim to care for.

ВНИМАНИЕ ЗАВОДЧИКАМ И ПОКУПАТЕЛЯМ!

Хочу поделиться своим личным опытом сотрудничества с заводчицей Alena Barabash, владелицей питомника SharmMuar
Facebook: SharmMuar Barabash Alena
Сайт: catcoon174.iimdo.com
